• 依据电子产品特点，根据IE的要求建立生产工艺流程；根据生产工艺流程，提出生产线的资源需求以确保质量和效率；掌握ISO9000及SPC知识；良好的英文表达能力

|
• 分析和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通能力，执行力强，积极主动，责任心强，有团队精神

|
Main Duties:
|
|
• 产品（转移产品和开发的产品）的工艺开发，根据产能、成本和质量的需求，设计并建立生产线，依据工艺要求提出设备、工装、工具的技术需求。

• 工艺过程文件的编写和发布，包括Flowchart, PFMEA，task sheet等。
|
|
• 利用SPC等工具发现、解决生产过程中的工艺问题，优化工艺流程以提高生产效率、品质，降低生产成本。

|

Requirement:

• 大学以上学历，电子工程或自动化相关专业，扎实的理论基础知识。

• 5年以上电子、电气相关行业产品设计、开发经验，熟悉电磁技术和磁性材料者优先。

• 3年以上项目管理经验。

• 熟练使用Protel, Orcad等设计软件。熟悉EN50178和EN50155，EMC等标准者优先。
