• 依据电子产品特点,根据IE的要求建立生产工艺流程;根据生产工艺流程,提出生产线的资源需求以确保质量和效率;掌握ISO9000及SPC知识;良好的英文表达能力

• 分析和解决问题的能力,良好的沟通能力,执行力强,积极主动,责任心强,有团队精神

Main Duties:

• 产品(转移产品和开发的产品)的工艺开发,根据产能、成本和质量的需求,设计并建立生产线,依据工艺要求提出设备、工装、工具的技术需求。

• 工艺过程文件的编写和发布,包括Flowchart, PFMEA,task sheet等。
|
|
• 利用SPC等工具发现、解决生产过程中的工艺问题,优化工艺流程以提高生产效率、品质,降低生产成本。

|

• 5年以上电子、电气相关行业产品设计、开发经验,熟悉电磁技术和磁性材料者优先。

• 3年以上项目管理经验。

• 熟练使用Protel, Orcad等设计软件。熟悉EN50178和EN50155,EMC等标准者优先。
